Occupational Questionnaires

Questions and answers

To develop customized ratings scales, you will need to determine how many proficiency levels you want for each item, create response alternatives for each grade level, and determine how each item will be scored.  Developing customized rating scales will require extensive subject matter expert involvement.

For more information on developing a customized rating scale, please refer to the Occupational Questionnaires PowerPoint at http://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/assessment-and-selection/occupational-questionnaires/developing-occupational-questionaires.pdf
