No. In fact, the Act does not define what is meant by the term "interactive," thereby leaving it subject to interpretation. OPM has offered and will continue to provide basic telework training modules for employees and managers on www.telework.gov. Agencies may offer additional training or require additional training for their employees and managers. Check with your agency telework coordinator or Telework Managing Officer to find out about any training your agency may offer.

The Act requires the successful completion of "an interactive telework training program" for employees prior to entering into a written telework agreement. By "interactive," does this mean that training must be "instructor-led" or face-to-face rather than via computer?
