Questions and answers

A hiring agency should also consider a variety of factors including but not limited to:

  • The nature of work of the position being filled;
  • Consistency with the work locations and arrangements of same or similar positions already filled in the organization (if a hybrid workforce); and/or consistency with the locations and arrangements of other agency positions, partners, or customers with which the position will regularly interact;
  • Any bargaining unit considerations;
  • Grade level of the position;
  • Pay rate of the position;
  • Time zone considerations; and
  • Impact on training plans/employee development if new employee
