A hiring agency should also consider a variety of factors including but not limited to:
- The nature of work of the position being filled;
- Consistency with the work locations and arrangements of same or similar positions already filled in the organization (if a hybrid workforce); and/or consistency with the locations and arrangements of other agency positions, partners, or customers with which the position will regularly interact;
- Any bargaining unit considerations;
- Grade level of the position;
- Pay rate of the position;
- Time zone considerations; and
- Impact on training plans/employee development if new employee
