Yes. We offer a wide range of support activities. Our consultants will conduct data reviews and validations, OPF reviews, competitive level reviews and coding, position description reviews and modifications, Reduction in force (RIF) preparations, RIF execution, and Post-RIF activities such as career transition and counseling. We also conduct or oversee mock and actual RIFs; conduct legal research; assess ground rule accuracy; verify abolished, vacant and “removed from RIF” positions; assess RIF Rounds 1 and 2; prepare RIF letters and packages; conduct mock and actual RIF re-runs; document RIF impact; provide impact report and analysis; document and audit RIF; and provide assistance with MSPB appeals.
