Organizational Design & Position Classification

Yes. We develop comprehensive evaluation statements that document a thorough analysis of the position’s characteristics in comparison with appropriate position classification standards, and conclude with a recommended title, series, and grade based on the analysis.  OF 8s can be completed by request, but at this time HRS is not utilizing our classification authority.  All classifications provided by HRS are recommendations, but are supported in research and fact and can serve as valid actions with the client’s acceptance and approval.
