OPM’s Performance Management Solutions (PMS) has created a suite of telework services to help government agencies utilize telework in achieving their missions. PMS telework experts can help an agency :

  • audit and improve their current telework policy
  • do task analysis to figure out which employees can telework and how much they could
  • train managers to write and/or audit an agency's results-oriented performance standards to keep teleworkers accountable
  • train managers how to deal with poor performers who telework
  • train managers to utilize self-regulation and goal setting to engage their teleworkers
