No, the FEDVIP plan is completely separate from the supplemental plan. You will not be able to transfer the amount of time you spent in the supplemental plan to the FEDVIP Plan. Also, there is no orthodontic waiting period for under FEDVIP.

I am currently enrolled in a supplemental dental or vision plan through my FEHB/PSHB carrier and that carrier is also a FEDVIP carrier. Can I get credit for the amount of time I've spent in the plan toward the orthodontic waiting period?
