No. If your family is not currently eligible for enrollment in TRDP, they’re not eligible for enrollment in FEDVIP-Dental. However, Active duty family members are eligible for FEDVIP-Vision. If you’d like more information, go to the Eligibility section at TRICARE.benefeds.com.
