You will be able to increase or decrease your enrollment type during the annual Open Season, or outside of Open Season if you experience a QLE that is consistent with current FEHB guidelines. A full list of QLE codes and their definitions will be outlined in the updated SF2809, which will be available soon.

 

Note: individuals who do not participate in premium conversion, including annuitants, may decrease their enrollment at any time.
