Each Pathways participant, regardless of appointment duration, should be placed on a formal performance management plan. This plan will help the interns understand what is expected of them during the internship and will allow you to provide objective feedback regarding their performance. It will also outline the level of job performance required for the intern to be eligible for conversion and will help you to make a recommendation for conversion, as appropriate, at the end of the internship.
