Questions and answers
- The submitter will be notified once the POI Request form is received and reviewed for completeness. If there are issues with the form, the submitter will be contacted.
- The POI Program Manager will notify the requestor via email when the request has been routed to the Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) team.
- The eOPF Team will notify the submitter once the POI Request form is received and reviewed. If there are no issues, the eOPF will proceed. If there are issues that impact the agency eOPF’s, the eOPF team will contact the submitter.
