We have reviewed your request for reconsideration of our decision dated May 5, 1997, in which we denied your claim for the restoration of eight hours of annual leave. While your request for reconsideration has been carefully reviewed, we do not believe that it presents any new arguments or authorities that would enable us to reverse our prior determination. We regret that we are unable to issue a favorable decision in this matter. If you wish to pursue this matter further, you may wish to consult a private attorney regarding any actions you might bring in an appropriate court of law.
