On October 4, 1999, the General Accounting Office advised the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) that you had filed a claim with that office, but that in accordance with section 211 of Pub. L. No. 104-53, the claim was being transferred to OPM.

On November 19, 1999, OPM requested an administrative report concerning your claim from the [agency]. On May 8, 2000, [agency] informed OPM that in satisfaction of your claim, you had received a refund of $113.16.
