Annual Freedom of Information Act Report
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires that each year agencies submit to the Attorney General a report covering the prior fiscal year that includes numerous details regarding the agency’s administration of the FOIA. 5 U.S.C. § 552(e)(1) (2018).

Chief FOIA Officer Report
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires all agency Chief FOIA Officers to report to the Attorney General on their performance in implementing the FOIA. 5 U.S.C. § 552(j)(2)(D) (2018). The Attorney General’s FOIA Guidelines, accordingly, direct the Chief FOIA Officer to report each year to the Department of Justice on the steps taken by the agency to improve FOIA operations and facilitate information disclosure.

Conference Spending Report
Pursuant to OMB Memorandum M-17-08, Amending OMB Memorandum M-12-12,Promoting Efficient Spending to Support Agency Operations, agencies must provide a description of all agency-sponsored conferences from the previous fiscal year (FY) where the net expenses for the agency associated with the conference were in excess of $100,000.

Federal Student Loan Repayment Program
Section 5379(h)(1) of title 5, United States Code, requires Federal agencies to report annually to OPM on their use of student loan repayments during the previous calendar year (CY). Section 5379(h)(2) of title 5 requires OPM to prepare, and annually submit to Congress, a report containing information provided by agencies that use this human capital authority.

Inspector General Semiannual Reports and Corresponding Management Responses
Under the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, Federal Inspectors General are required to submit Semiannual Reports to Congress describing the offices’ activities and accomplishments during that reporting period. The agency is required to prepare a "Management Response" to each Semiannual Report which can be viewed below.

In accordance with the Edward "Ted" Kaufman and Michael Leavitt Presidential Transitions Improvements Act of 2015 (Public Law 114-136, March 18, 2016), OPM is required to periodically submit a report to Congress regarding requests by agencies to appoint current or recent political appointees to covered permanent career positions.
